A Deal Finder maintains the interactive portion(s) of their Web site’(s) as a service free of charge. By using any interactive services provided herein, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the terms, conditions and notices relating to its use.

1. As a condition of your use of this Web site and the interactive services contained therein, you represent and warrant to A Deal Finder that you will not use this Web site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions, and notices.

2. This Web site contains one or more of the following interactive services: classifieds, bulletin boards, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities and/or other message or communication facilities. You agree to use such services only to send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular service, area, group, forum, community or other message or communication facility. In addition to any other terms or conditions of use of any classifieds, bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities and/or other message or communication facilities, you agree that when using one, you will not:

a- Publish, post, upload, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, derogatory, defamatory, infringing, improper, obscene, indecent or unlawful topic, name, material or information.

b- Upload files that contain software or other material protected by intellectual property laws or by rights of privacy of publicity unless you own or control such rights or have received all necessary consents.

c- Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer.

d- Conduct or forward chain letters or pyramid schemes.

e- Download for distribution in any manner any file posted by another user of a forum that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner.

f- Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights (such as rights of privacy and publicity) of others.

g- Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices, proprietary designations, labels of the origin, source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.

h- Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying any of the classifieds, bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities and/or other message or communication facilities.

Additional Classifieds Specific Terms of Use.
You Accept Through Use. By posting or viewing a classified advertisement on the Site (an "Ad"), you agree to be bound by all of the terms, conditions and notices contained or referenced in these Classified Terms. You should review the Classified Terms from time to time. A Deal Finder ("Operator") may change any of the Terms at any time and for any or no reason by posting revisions to the Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your acceptance of the revised Classified Terms. If you do not accept all of the Classified Terms, you are not authorized by Operator to post or view any Ads.

Minimum Age. The Classifieds section of the Site is not directed to, or intended for use by, anyone under the age of eighteen (18). Individuals under the age of eighteen (18) are not authorized by Operator to post or view Ads.

Posting Rules. You must comply with the following rules when posting an Ad:
1. Description. The title you select for your Ad must be concise and limited to the specific goods offered for sale. You may not list multiple brands, makes, models or locations in the title of your Ad as a means to generate unwarranted search results.
2. Content. All Ads must be in good taste and may not contain any objectionable content, as determined by Operator in its discretion. Ads for massage services are prohibited. Ads for adult goods or services are prohibited. All Ads must be for goods or services that are permitted under Washington State law. You are responsible for the content of your Ad.
3. Dealer Identification. Contractors and Dealers of all type that place Ads on the Site must include their contractor/dealer number in the Ad as required by Washington State law. "Contractors" and "Dealers" includes automobile dealers, motorcycle dealers, ATV dealers, recreational vehicle dealers, snowmobile dealers, livestock dealers, realtors, construction contractors and brokers.
4. Job Postings. Employment ads are only allowed in the jobs section of classifieds directory. Operator will remove any and all employment ads posted outside of the jobs section. Users of the classifieds directory that repeatedly post employment ads outside of the jobs section will be at risk of being banned from all Kitsap Web Development web sites.
5. Reposting. You must wait at least fourteen (14) days before reposting an Ad for the same or substantially similar goods.
6. Free Category. Ads placed in the Free category on the Site must be for goods that do not require a commitment or obligation of any type. Goods that are provided after sign-up or on completion of a task are not free and should not be placed in the Free category.
7. Business Identification. Businesses (defined as any entity that regularly offers goods or services for sale, regardless of whether operating from a store, a home or online) MUST select the "Business" option on the Ad Information from.
8. Contact Information. A working phone number and email address is required to post.
9. Multiple Accounts. Any person above the age of eighteen (18) is allowed one classifieds account. If an individual or business is using multiple accounts, all additional accounts and listings will be deleted. If your account is permanently banned, you may not create another account on KitsapCounty.Net.
10. Ad Price/Auction Ads. The price field on each classified listing must be the total selling price of the item, this means the price a person is expected to pay at the time of purchase*. You may list additional payment information (such as monthly payments allowed, etc... in the classified listing detail field. We do not currently provide auction services on KitsapCounty.Net, however, we do allow auction announcement listings.

Real Property/Homes. Ads posted in the Real Estate category on the Site are subject to the following additional rules:
1. Realtor/Broker Identification. Ads posted by or on behalf of realtors or brokers must include the identity of the realtor or broker listing the property.

 

Violations. Operator may at its discretion monitor the Classifieds portion of the Site from time to time. Operator may remove or disable Ads that violate the posting rules identified above or which Operator considers objectionable or in poor taste. Operator may act to prevent anyone who violates these Classified Terms from posting or viewing Ads on the Site and may block access to the Site. Please report all violations using the link provided with each Ad.

No Liability. Operator is not involved in the actual transaction between a seller posting an Ad for goods or services and the buyer purchasing the goods or services. Operator does not have control over, and does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of, any of the goods or services listed in the Ads posted on the Site. Operator does not make any representations or warranties concerning the ability of a seller to sell the goods or services, the ability of a buyer to purchase the goods or services or that a seller and a buyer will actually complete a transaction.

3. A Deal Finder has no obligation to monitor the classifieds, bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities and/or other message or communication facilities. However, A Deal Finder reserves the right at all times to disclose any information deemed by A Deal Finder necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part.

4. You acknowledge that communications to or with classifieds, bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities and/or other message or communication facilities are not private communications, therefore others may read your communications without your knowledge. You should always use caution when providing any personal information about yourself or your children. A Deal Finder does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any classified ads, bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities and/or other message or communication facilities and, specifically disclaims any liability with regard to same and any actions resulting from your participation. To the extent that there are moderators, forum managers or hosts, none are authorized A Deal Finder spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of A Deal Finder.

5. The information, products, and services included on this Web site may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. A Deal Finder may make improvements and/or changes in this Web site at any time. Advice received via this Web site should not be relied upon for personal, legal or financial decisions and you should consult an appropriate professional for specific advice tailored to your situation.

We may offer Free and Paid access to our Classifieds Solution. To use the Classifieds system. A email and other information is required. A Deal Finder will not share information about individual users with any third party, except to comply with applicable law or valid legal process or to protect the personal safety of our users or the public..

2. Electronic Newsletters (Dispatches).

We may offer a free electronic newsletter to users. A Deal Finder gathers the email addresses of users who voluntarily subscribe. Users may remove themselves from this mailing list by following the link provided in every newsletter that points users to the subscription management page. Users may be able to subscribe to the newsletters at the time of registration.

3. Message Boards/Forums.

Users of the site's Message Boards and Forums must register for these services (both are free of charge) in order to post messages, although they needn't register to visit the site. During registration the user is required to supply a username, password, and email address.

4. "Email this to a friend" Service.

Our site users can choose to electronically forward a link, page, or documents to someone else by clicking "email this to a friend". The user must provide their email address, as well as that of the recipient. A Deal Finder sometimes tracks and catalogs the search terms those users enter in our Search function, but this tracking is never associated with individual users. We use tracking information to determine which areas of our sites users like and don't like based on traffic to those areas. We do not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you.

COOKIES

We may place a text file called a "cookie" in the browser files of your computer. Some Information about Kitsap County

Kitsap is a wonderful place to visit and an even better place to live.
Kitsap is a county in the United States, located in the western half of Washington State. It boasts beautiful scenery, a rich ecosystem and a diverse culture.

The Scenery

You can find beautiful scenery anywhere you travel in Kitsap. From the shorelines to the urban countryside, scenery abounds. Kitsap County has a variety of weather conditions and your choice of when to visit should be thought out. Our summers are relatively warm with little humidity, temperatures from June to August range from the low 70's to the rare low 100's. Our winters are usually wet and mildly cold with temperatures ranging from the rare low teens to the mid 50's.

If you enjoy boating and warm weather activities then it is recommended you visit in Spring or Summer. If you are interested in utilizing resources around Kitsap such as the Cascade Mountains for skiing or snowboarding then winter will be your choice.

The Ecosystem

Depending on the season you visit you could enjoy fresh fish, crab, shrimp, vegetables, apples or a nice bottle of locally grown and bottled wine. The abundance of wildlife and seafood has long been a know treasure, being utilized by the Indians for centuries prior to our settlement. Fishing, hunting and farming go hand in hand and the people of Kitsap have long embraced nature. Originally discovered and utilized for its lumber resources, logging has diminished considerably over the last 100 yrs.

Culture

Our diverse culture starts with the first real settlers to the area "The Indians". They have long kept their culture alive through many struggles. The area has two native Indian tribes "The Suquamish" and "The S'Klallam" tribes. You can find a variety of ethnic food, arts and crafts through out the Kitsap area ranging from decorative and lively Hawaiian dances to tasty Asian and Hispanic dishes. There is also a Scandinavian community located in Poulsbo, a neat North Kitsap town.
